My name is Leo. You can talk to me as long as you don't touch my hair, mom says it's better if they are like this, and I don't need to see what I don't want to see!
Mom is everything I got,but I love her really much.
I love books as well, though mom says we can only afford a few. I'm okay with it as long as if I have at least a few!
”You can talk to me if you want to,it will take at least ten minutes to reach the center anyways.” the boy nodded, quickly walking through the crowd, evading the people that were in his way. He sometimes looked back to see if the girl was still following him. “Well,my mom always teaches me things that are necessary for living. You always have to know how to get out of trouble by only talking. A sharp mind is needed for this kind of life.” Leo looked around, sighing.
Nodding in reply, Lacie followed him, still amazed at how swiftly yet calmly he made his way through town. He really is different…and for the better…He kept checking back on her, and she smiled reassuringly whenever he did so. Realizing he was talking, Lacie watched the back of Leo’s head, his hair swishing around with each small step he took. Such long hair…is he hiding something on his face…? She thought of the extremely long bangs, blinking in surprise. Maybe it’s his eyes…I haven’t seen those at all…
Deciding not to question him, Lacie spoke up herself, to keep the conversation going “Well, you seem to be well educated in that field of self defense then—sadly I’m not so well educated. I act before I think, sometimes that actually necessary for me, you know…?” What a lame excuse to give, and she knew it herself.
Looking around and confirming the place they were in, Leo just shrugged in response. “If it is necessary, then I think everything’s alright. Though I wouldn’t have thought a lady could get into troublesome situations similar to mine.” he smiled a bit. The boy already understood the girl was different, just like him,but it still piqued his endless thirst for knowledge.
Finally they both reached their destination-the town’s center. It wasn’t anything special-the only difference was that there was way more people in here than elsewhere. Only a few battered signs were standing in the middle, showing the directions to different places. “Well, now it’s way more easier.” Leo announced, looking at Lacie. “Just look at this, and you’ll know where do you have to go.” he said, nodding to encourage her.
Would punishing people be bad? Leo tried to imagine what his mother would say. I don’t think you need to do something bad to those people…I can just ignore them. Yes,ignoring is the best solution. Well, not the first one…a lot of people from here keep saying they are my friends…Though I don’t think I’m still accustomed to this kind of treatment. He shook his head. Everyone was too nice here. The boy felt something was weird about this place.
We could go read books! I don’t get to read a lot of them, but I have a few fairytales under my bed.
Ignore them? Lily considered this idea for a minute. But then they won’t learn their lesson. They won’t stop…
Do you like reading? I can’t read very well… but I like all the stories, and the pretty pictures in the books!~ Show me which story’s your favourite!~
But doing something bad to people isn’t right as well. Leo shook his head, trying to explain everything correctly. You become just like them.
Of course I like reading! Who wouldn’t like? Well,I don’t think I have a favorite-they’re all unique. But I think one has a few pictures you’d like.
Hello there, lady. It’s really nice of you to…um,follow, right? Anyways, thank you.
“You are positively DARLING.”
”Umm…thank you,I guess? What is your name,Miss?”
“Charlotte. You can call me Lottie~ Do you have any parents around, or are you alone~?”
”Oh,alright. Well,I don’t know if that’s a right question to ask a child,Miss Charlotte. I could easily think you’re a kidnapper or a killer.”
Leo smiles gently, tilting his head a bit.

The boy waves, trying to show he can’t speak for a while.
Anonymous asked: Magic anon says you can't speak for the next hour. You can only communicate with body language and handgestures.
Leo huffs and sits on the ground, shaking his head.

Every adult is getting these magic anons. I wonder why are they such weirdos.

Though I wonder what would it be like…Nevermind.
He had forgotten that prior to his life at the House of Fianna, Leo had had no exposure to music. Of course, he did listen to the occasional singer on the streets as they passed their hat around, hoping for a couple shillings. Such was the life of his area of the neighborhood: grimy, crowded, and noisy.
Would it make much of a difference—no of course it would—if Leo showed his younger self something on the instrument?
“It’s rather nice to listen to, isn’t it?”
Perhaps he’d wait until he was asked—if he was asked.
The boy just nodded. He has never heard such a sound before, so it was really wonderful. Everything Leo knew about music was that sometimes people can produce pretty sounds from themselves-though some were horrible at it.
“Do I-I mean, you know how to play this?” the raven head asked, pushing other keys as he talked. He frowned when the sound didn’t sound nice and searched for a nicer melody. Leo’s fingers tried to find a gentle, sweet notes, trying to combine them with black keys as well.
“And it seems that Elliot isn’t around here.” the boy commented as he looked around for a moment. There was only some books and a box put on one of the benches, making it look like someone was there moments ago.
